Burlington Public Library's Costume Swap is back from the undead! This spooky swap is for all ages.
How it works: Come by the library and choose your costume between October 10th to October 31st.
Please wash pre-worn costumes before donating. If possible, please donate a coat hanger as well!
A costume donation is not required to participate.
We ask that you only donate complete costumes in good condition. Please do not donate makeup or weapons.
Costumes for pets are welcome.
