The clinic will be on Friday, November 7 from 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM, and Sunday, November 9 from 9:00 AM to 3:30 PM.

The clinic will offer basic vision tests, eye exams, prescription eyewear for those in need, and doctor referrals for medical treatment.

 

The clinic is for those who are under-insured or un-insured.

To receive care, all patients will need to schedule an appointment in advance. Please read the information below. Then, call 360-755-3853 to schedule a visit time.
