Are you looking for things to do with your toddler this summer? You are invited to "Toddlers Day in the Garden," a morning of free activities designed for 2-5 year old children from 10 a.m. to noon, Wednesday, July 30 at the WSU Extension Skagit County Master Gardeners Discovery Garden, 16602 Memorial Highway, Mount Vernon.
Activities hosted by Master Gardeners include:
- looking for butterflies and other insects
- feeding fish in the pond
- learning about worms
- story time
- making a bird feeder
- water play and more
Each child must be accompanied by an adult, such as a parent or grandparent. Advanced registration is required by calling the WSU Extension office at 360-395-2356.
