The Kiwanis Salmon BBQ at Hillcrest Park Lodge in April is legendary in Skagit County.  It happens every Friday, Saturday and Sunday, March 30 - April 28, from 11am-7pm. Member of the Kiwanis BBQ wild salmon over alder wood and then serve it with a baked potato, coleslaw, garlic bread ice cream and a beverage. Eat in the park or in the heated lodge.


Proceeds from the dinners go to help kids, locally and internationally through such projects and agencies as Boys & Girls Club, scholarships, Mount Vernon Parks Department, Friendship House, and Community Action. Whether they’re buying car seats for families or helping kids through Secret Harbor, they’re there.
